Nicole Goh (SHE/HER)
"I am Nicole Goh, and I want to share a personal journey with you. As someone who identifies as non-binary with a female body, there have been times when I felt that I wasn't truly myself unless I could flatten my chest, aligning with my authentic identity.
This desire for a body shape that mirrors my inner self led me to the discovery of chest binders, which felt like a dream come true. Using a chest binder into my daily routine became essential.
However, I was often disappointed by the low-quality materials and the lack of durability and comfort that many binders offered. This disappointment ignited a passion within me, and I made a decision.
I decided to create TOMSCOUT, a store dedicated to providing higher-quality chest binders for people like me who longed for a flatter chest and to create a space that unites all LGBTQ+ people.”

2016
Born with a Vision
We officially registered under Singapore ACRA, fueled by a deep passion for empowering LGBTQ+ businesses in Singapore.
Starting small, we began our journey by offering products through a local shopping platform, laying the foundation for a brand rooted in inclusivity and purpose.
2017
A Milestone Year!
We reached an exciting milestone—we launched our very own Shopify online store.
Going live in May, this step allowed us to expand our reach beyond Singapore, connecting with a wider audience and bringing our vision to life on a global scale.
2018
Breakthrough Innovation
We achieved a pivotal breakthrough with the introduction of swimming binders.
Designed to provide the freedom to swim with a flat chest appearance, this innovation became a symbol of empowerment and inclusivity for our community.
2019
A Year of Expansion
We took a major step forward by expanding our workspaces and warehousing operations to Malaysia.
This growth boosted our production capacity and improved cost efficiency, enabling us to better serve our community and meet increasing demand.
2020
Redefining Comfort
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, our founder began a transformative two-year journey to redesign every type of binder, focusing on superior fabrics, enhanced comfort, and lasting durability.
2023
Championing Accessibility
We introduced Free Shipping once a month, making binders more accessible to everyone.
Additionally, we launched The Free Chest Binder Program, proudly extending our support and commitment to the community.
