General Return Guidelines:
- You have a window of 14 calendar days from the item's receipt date to initiate a return.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from damage. Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact.
- Items sold at marked-down prices or during clearance sales are ineligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, collections within the underwear category are not eligible for return.
- Shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
- Each item is eligible for return only once.
Return Process:
- Please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days from receiving your order to obtain return authorization.
- Upon approval of your return request, ensure the products are arranged for return within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- All return parcels must be shipped back to us using a traceable service equipped with a tracking number. This step ensures a secure and traceable return process.
- Customers are responsible for covering all return freight or postal charges (both outbound and inbound), along with any applicable duties and taxes.
- TOMSCOUT bears no responsibility for lost packages or parcels that do not reach our facilities, regardless of the cause.
Return Service Fee:
In scenarios where a return is initiated, not stemming from a product defect or an error on our end, a restocking fee or return processing service charge may be applicable.
- This service fee is aimed at covering return processing and restocking costs.
- The service fee will be determined as follows:
- a minimum SGD 6 per order or 10% of the total order value, selecting the higher amount, will constitute the return processing service fee.
- This fee will be deducted from the refund amount during the return processing stage.
- The service fee will not apply in cases where the return is due to an error made on the part of TOMSCOUT.

The service fee plays a crucial role in covering the expenses linked to managing returns, restocking inventory, administrative tasks, and contributes to the transaction charges involved in refund processing via third-party payment gateways.
At TOMSCOUT, transparency is a core value, and it's our commitment to offer clear explanations regarding these charges, ensuring a better understanding and effective management of expectations.
Partial Refund for Non-Original Condition:
- If you intend to return an item that does not meet its original condition or has sustained damage, TOMSCOUT reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the item's assessed condition.
- The final amount of the partial refund will be determined by our dedicated customer service team following a comprehensive evaluation of the returned item.
- Please be advised that the partial refund granted will be less than the original purchase price. This adjustment accounts for the diminished value of the item due to its altered or damaged state.
TOMSCOUT reserves the right to refuse returns if the goods are unsatisfactory or if any of the stated conditions are not met.
