Before You Apply:
👉 Selection Process: To ensure fairness, we now provide free binders exclusively to the Top Five Storytellers each month. To qualify, submit a true story and complete the form accurately.
👉 Duplicate Submissions: Submitting multiple applications will cause delays. If you submit more than once, all entries will be forfeited.
👉 Measuring Requirement: Applications that state "I don't know" or "I can't measure" will be automatically disqualified, even if your story is compelling.

Is It Guaranteed That I Will Receive a Free Binder?
No, receiving a Freedom Binder is not guaranteed. Each month, only the Top Five Storytellers will be selected to receive a brand-new binder.
How to Increase Your Chances:
- Submit a compelling and truthful story about why you would love to own a TOMSCOUT Binder.
- Ensure your submission is well-written and thoughtfully completed on the Google Form.
Am I Qualified for the Freedom Binder?
Yes, but only if you genuinely cannot afford one for yourself.
🌍 Please consider others—many minors and teenagers worldwide experience body dysphoria and cannot afford a binder. Let’s make sure this program helps those who truly need it.
Is There an Age Limit?
Yes, applicants must be 16 years or older to qualify.
Will My Application Be Canceled After Submission?
Yes, applications will be automatically canceled if they contain:
🚫 Missing or inappropriate body measurements.
🚫 Incomplete shipping address or contact details.
🚫 Purposes that do not align with the program's mission (e.g., requesting a binder for fashion or cosplay).
❗ All disqualified applications will be canceled without further notice.
Do I Need to Pay the Shipping Fee?
Yes. Starting from October 1, 2023, all applicants must cover shipping costs.
Why?
- We’ve experienced issues with unsuccessful deliveries and uncollected shipments, causing binders to be returned.
- To ensure a smooth process, applicants must cover shipping fees if they wish to receive a Free Binder.
Is the Packaging Discreet?
Yes, your privacy is our priority. The package will not include the words "chest binder" or "LGBTQ" anywhere.
For customs purposes, the item will be declared as "sports bra" or "clothing."
Am I Receiving a New or Used Binder?
You will receive a 100% brand-new binder—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
When Will I Receive the Freedom Binder?
Applications are reviewed monthly, batch by batch.
If selected as a Top Five Best Storyteller, you will be contacted once your application is approved.
How Do I Cancel My Freedom Binder Application?
Thank you for your honesty! If you no longer need a binder and would like to withdraw your application, please email us at care@tomscout.com so we can allocate it to someone else in need.

Custom Import Taxes Disclaimer
Custom Import Taxes May Apply:
Some countries impose import taxes and declaration fees on shipments. TOMSCOUT does not cover these taxes, so please be aware of your country’s import policies.
All TOMSCOUT shipments are declared at a standard value of SGD 10.00 and listed as "clothing" or "sports bra."
Important Notes:
TOMSCOUT Will Not Reship a Binder If:
👉 You fail to resolve the customs declaration process.
👉 You fail to collect the shipment from your local post office.
👉 The shipment is automatically returned to TOMSCOUT.
